The service is a web-based planning system for small to medium size projects

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• While we don't verify age, you must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts

4.Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion and are subject to approval
• Free trial periods (when available) will be clearly communicated during signup

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted images without proper authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive practises
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create false or misleading invoices for illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

6. Content and Data Ownership

Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all data and content you create using our Service
• You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you upload

Our Content

• The service including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its components

7. Data Storage and Backups

• We perform daily backups of all user data
• Data recovery is performed only when necessary and at our discretion
• We are not liable for any data loss, though we make reasonable efforts to prevent it

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Our hosting provider maintains a 99.9% Service Level Agreement
• We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions

9. Account Termination

Termination by You

• You may request to delete your account at any time through our contact form
• Upon account deletion, all your data, including clients, invoices, and uploaded content, will be permanently deleted

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Upload inappropriate or harmful content
• Fail to pay subscription fees (for paid plans)
• Engage in activities that harm our Service or other users

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
